So we're looking at a "townhouse" duplex on the west side, a couple doors down from the Yellow house (which is now the Gray house) that my dad used to live in. My mom likes it because last night she said, "If we're supposed to rent this house, give us a sign", and when we got there, there was signs for all of us.
   Scott's sign was a shell and driftwood mobile that looked sort of like a mobile Scott used to have, that his best friend gave him. My mom's sign was a lilac bush, because both her and one of her friends love lilacs. My sign was a mailbox without a key, because lately I've been talking about how we've never had a mailbox without a key, and Henry's sign was 3 whole yards!!!.
   We're also looking at a house that my mom's friend Lynne owns, that Lynne's mom used to live in. It's really cute, and it has a big apple tree in the backyard, a really nice deck, a huge kitchen, and a carpeted basement for me. This means a bigger room. I like that.
   Both houses are $925 a month, and we know the house house rent doesn't include utitilies (about $175 every two months), and we don't know about the duplex. If the duplex rent doesn't include utilities, both houses will be equal, so we'll pick the house house.

   The big difference from now and then is that right now, we pay $690 for rent.
   Two hundred thirty-five dollars is a lot of money to give up.
